About the Job

The Public Integrity Project seeks an experienced civil litigator to join as Counsel or Senior Counsel. As Counsel, you'll oversee every stage of the cases on your docket, from case origination to complaint drafting, motions practice, discovery, trial, and appeal. You will have the opportunity to help choose cases for the firm to take on, and to design the strategy for helping our clients achieve their goals. Cases will involve a range of causes of action, including civil RICO, the Administrative Procedure Act, and securities, antitrust, and consumer protection laws.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases from origination to trial and appeal, and be comfortable at all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated record of initiative and entrepreneurialism (e.g., identifying possible cases and causes action), and a record of building strong client relationships. We ask that candidates that apply have at least seven years of litigation experience.

Salary

The position salary ranges between $143,913 and $197,200 depending on experience.
